Paul Olubunmi

Arla Level 3 in Residential Management &Lettings; Residential Sales
Paul has always had a desire for Finance, Properties and Real Estate. In 1998, he started his journey with training as a mortgage broker with Century Mortgage which led him to achieve the CIB level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice in 2002 (CEMAP). Paul began his career as an estate agent in 2000 from the former office of Spicer McCall at 515 Hackney Road, London E2. He has progressed with PK Sales & Lettings to be one of the best in the area when it comes to selling and renting properties since then. Paul sat and passed the certificate in Residential Lettings and Management with ARLA (Association of Residential Lettings Agents) and also Residential Sales with NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents). Combining his skills as an estate agent and his experience in Financial Services, Paul is able to share his knowledge in all aspects of the business especially when dealing with clients. Paul's qualification include NFoPP Certificate in Residential Lettings & Management Level 3, NFoPP Certificate in Residential Sales Level 3, A qualified member of ARLA and NAEA, CIB Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practise, Financial Planning Certificate and LLB Law from the prestigious Birkbeck College, University of London. Paul is happily married with children.

Tyra -Jane Van Der Spuy

ARLA
Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa. Tyra has previously worked in the law industry and has obtained a Higher Certificate for Civil Litigation in the Magistrates Court as well as a Higher Certificate in Legal Secretary from the Law Society of South Africa and Tyra is Arla part qualified. Tyra has always had an interest in the property industry, so it was only natural that after moving to London a few years ago, she joined the property industry as a Compliance Administrator for a company that assists the local authorities with temporary accommodation. Tyra later became their Property Manager and Office Manager. After a few years, Tyra decided to take the next step in the property career ladder and joined PK Sales & Lettings as a Lettings Negotiator and over a period of time she has progressed to the role of Lettings Manager with the company, Tyra prides herself on outstanding customer services and has a great desire to look after her clients and their needs. Tyra strives to make letting and management of property as trouble free as possible."

Eva Kadriu

Level 3 Business Administration
Eva joined PK Sales and Lettings in 2021 as an apprentice and worked towards Level 3 Business Administration which she completed in early 2022 and achieved a distinction and as a result of her diligent and her focus during the apprentice scheme she was offered the position of a trainee administrator/property manager. Eva was promoted to the position of an administrator/property manager later in 2022. Eva commitment to her position as the admin person/property manager in the office is unrivalled with a strong interest in the customers service. Eva's desire is to make property management and her role as the administrator a good experience for our teeming landlord clients, tenants, contractors, vendors and buyers. Eva is a great asset to PK Sales & Lettings.
